1️ Introduction

Vaneurin is committed to ensuring a high-quality, premium brand experience for all customers. Our Reseller Policy ensures that authorized resellers maintain brand integrity, fair pricing, and excellent customer service while selling our Petroleum, Detailing, and Industrial Chemical Products.

By becoming a reseller of Vaneurin Petro Chem products, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2️ Eligibility & Approval Process

      Who Can Apply?

• Businesses registered as retailers, wholesalers, or distributors in relevant industries.
• Companies with a physical store, online shop, or B2B sales channel.
• Must meet minimum order requirements (see Section 5).

       How to Apply:

• Submit a Reseller Application Form via vaneurinchem@gmail.com
• Provide business registration documents and business references.
• Our team will review applications within 7 business days.

        We do NOT authorize:

• Unregistered businesses.
• Reselling on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Takealot, or similar platforms without written consent).

3 Authorized Sales Channels

Approved resellers may sell Vaneurin Petro Chem products through:
   Brick-and-Mortar Stores (Retail, Wholesalers, Auto Shops, Detailers, Industrial Suppliers).
   Official Business Websites & Online Stores (Reseller-owned eCommerce sites).
   Direct B2B Sales (Bulk orders to corporate clients).

    Unauthorized Sales Channels:

• Third-party marketplaces without approval (Amazon, eBay, Takealot, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
• Auction sites, flea markets, or unauthorized discount platforms.

4️ Pricing & MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

To protect brand integrity and prevent price undercutting, we enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

🔹 MAP Guidelines:

• Resellers must not advertise Vaneurin Petro Chem products below the suggested retail price (SRP) without approval.
• Discounts/promotions must be pre-approved by Vaneurin Petro Chem.
• MAP violations may result in warnings, penalties, or account termination.

5️ Minimum Order Requirements

To maintain consistent supply and exclusivity, resellers must meet the following minimum order quantities (MOQ):

6️ Branding & Marketing Guidelines

• Resellers must use official Vaneurin Petro Chem branding, logos, and product descriptions.
• Unauthorized labeling, repackaging, or rebranding is strictly prohibited.
• Marketing must align with our premium brand image.
• Social media ads featuring Vaneurin Petro Chem products must be approved before publishing.

7️ Product Handling & Quality Control

   Resellers must ensure:

• Proper storage conditions (temperature control, no exposure to direct sunlight for liquid products).
• FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation.
• No sale of expired or damaged goods.
• Complaints or defects must be reported to Vaneurin Petro Chem immediately.

   Tampering with product formulas, packaging, or labels is prohibited.

8️ Returns & Warranty Policy

• Resellers must handle customer returns based on Vaneurin Petro Chem return policy.
• Only defective or damaged products can be returned.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds/exchanges require proof of defect and return authorization.

9️ Reseller Violations & Termination

   Reseller privileges may be revoked for:

• Violating MAP policy or selling on unauthorized platforms.
• Selling counterfeit or altered Vaneurin Petro Chem products.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices.
• Failing to meet order commitments or quality standards.

Vaneurin Petro Chem reserves the right to terminate reseller agreements at any time if policies are not followed.
